Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR campaigns that drive awareness, engage customers, and boost traffic. Build relationships with local media across print, digital, broadcast, and radio.

Business Development:

Cultivate partnerships with schools, organizations, influencers, and local businesses to enhance our community presence and create new revenue streams.

Content Creation:

Design engaging content including photos, videos, and graphics for social media, email campaigns, and our website.

Campaigns & Events:

Plan, manage, and execute promotions, events, and community activations from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee social media accounts, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns to expand reach and foster customer loyalty.

Market Research:

Monitor local trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics; graphic design skills are a plus.
