We are seeking a Project Consultant who moves beyond the typical "closer" mindset. We don't need a high-pressure salesperson; we need a professional advisor who can look at a home holistically, identifying how a roofing project fits into the wider context of a well-maintained exterior. You are there to advise, not just to sell. You'll guide homeowners through their options—whether it's a straightforward insurance claim or a high-end retail upgrade—ensuring they make the best investment for their home.Exterior Perspective:
While roofing is our primary focus, you'll need to recognize how a roof interacts with the rest of the home. You should be comfortable identifying issues where the roof meets the siding, gutters, or trim, and recommending a complete solution.Seamless Closing:
You'll use our proven process to move leads from initial consultation to a signed contract, maintaining transparency and integrity throughout. Qualifications & Expertise We are looking for a professional who understands that the "best" choice is rarely the "cheapest" one.Experience:
2-5 years in roofing or exterior sales with a strong history of closing both insurance and retail leads.Broad Understanding:
You don't need to be an engineer, but you should understand the "why" behind a healthy exterior. You can explain how proper ventilation, quality flashing, and integrated siding details ensure a project's success.Discerning Eye:
You notice the small things—the character of the materials and the details of the craft—and can communicate that value to a homeowner.Partnership Focused:
