Skills Proven experience in beauty & cosmetics sales, retail environments, or client services roles.. Multilingual abilities and bilingual communication skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele. Strong understanding of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, and skincare products.. Exceptional customer relationship building skills. Experience in upselling, merchandising, stock stocking, and retail store product knowledge.. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a freelance setting.
