Home Performance Advisor (Sales Consultant) As a Home Performance Advisor, you will spend time with potential clients in their homes, performing inspections, explaining problems, and presenting the best solutions and their costs. Sales Consultant:

Preferably in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries Computer proficiency Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that allows you to drive company vehicles Attention to detail and organizational skills Active listening skills and written/verbal communication skills High level of integrity and customer service skills Physical ability to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
