Full-Time Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 USD per hour, plus potential commissions and bonuses Sofasco has been engineering and supplying industrial cooling fans and blowers since 1981. Our AC, DC, and EC axial fans, centrifugal blowers, and custom thermal solutions are used in medical, telecom, aerospace, HVAC, energy, and industrial equipment. We're hiring an entry-level inside sales representative to join our team at our Winchester, Virginia headquarters. This is a great first step into a sales career for someone who likes technical products and enjoys helping people find the right solution. No sales experience? No problem. We'll teach you our products, our process, and how to sell. What you'll do Respond to inbound quote requests, calls, and emails from OEMs, engineers, and buyers Learn our product line and help customers choose the right fan or blower based on their size, voltage, airflow, and application needs Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow each order through to delivery Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships Work with our engineering and logistics teams on custom requests Keep customer records and activity up to date in our CRM What we're looking for Some college coursework preferred A basic understanding of electronics, such as voltage, current, and AC vs. DC Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Clear, professional communication by phone and email Strong organization and attention to detail Comfort with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software A motivated, curious, team-first attitude Ability to work on-site in Winchester, VA What we offer Pay of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus potential commissions and bonuses Hands-on mentoring from an experienced team A clear path to grow into senior inside sales, key accounts, or technical sales A workplace built on respect, creativity, and employee well-being, where the company shares its success with its people and community
