Immediate About the Role Hayley Wood Products is seeking a motivated, reliable Inside Counter Sales/Warehouse Representative to join our team. This position blends customer service, sales support, and hands‑on warehouse work. You'll interact with customers, vendors, and internal staff while helping maintain smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally Handle phone and electronic inquiries efficiently Identify customer needs and provide accurate product assistance Sales Skills Understand the marketplace and product features Support customers in selecting the right materials Assist with quote follow‑up and quote‑to‑order conversion Work with outside sales to answer questions and write orders Help estimate materials needed for customer projects Set up special orders and schedule deliveries Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and vendors Inside Office Work Complete tasks using computer systems and phone communication Collaborate frequently with team members and external partners Warehouse Duties Operate forklift (certification provided) Operate compound miter saw Load and unload inbound/outbound materials Maintain and organize warehouse inventory Move, lift, and stage materials as needed Requirements Valid, clean driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to speak and read English Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs individually and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to stand/walk for 1-2 hours at a time Ability to sit for 1-2 hours at a time Manual dexterity for computer and register use Full range of motion for stocking, moving, and retrieving materials Ability to climb stairs or ladders as needed Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching Adequate close‑range and color vision with ability to adjust focus Why Join Us?
