Position Overview:
Sales Consultant As a Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through the purchase journey of new and pre-owned luxury vehicles, delivering a premium, concierge-level experience from initial engagement through delivery and beyond. Key Responsibilities Greet and guide clients through vehicle selection, product education, and test drives Demonstrate vehicles by highlighting features, performance, and craftsmanship Compare competitive models and assist clients in making informed decisions Maintain deep knowledge of inventory, brand history, specifications, and market trends Present and explain financing options, warranties, and service packages Prepare and complete accurate sales documentation and agreements Deliver vehicles with a comprehensive orientation on features and ownership experience Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through proactive follow-up Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business Prospect daily for new clients and maintain consistent follow-up with past customers Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and dealership events Uphold Park Place values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners Qualifications Prior experience selling luxury or exotic vehicles required Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing Strong relationship-building and client management skills Exceptional communication and presentation abilities High level of professionalism, personal presentation, and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and dealership systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Sales management experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus Compensation & Benefits Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance 401(k) plan with company match Performance-based incentives Ready to represent the finest automobiles in the world and deliver an exceptional client experience?
