Sales Consultant

Overview Ask about a 90 day guarantee. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential customers directly, utilizing phone and internet generated leads, as well as in-person sales efforts to expand our customer base and increase vehicle transactions, all while helping clients find the perfect vehicle for their needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Set goals, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary to increase month to month sales. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles is preferred but not necessary. We will train the right applicants regardless of job history. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Computer and phone knowledge/experience desired.
