Position Overview The Estimating & Sales Coordinator supports the development of accurate, timely, and competitive project estimates for residential remodeling projects while also assisting in sales support activities. This role works under the guidance of Project Consultants and the pre-construction team to document client needs, build clear scopes of work, gather pricing, and prepare budgets. The Estimating & Sales Coordinator partners with the CEO and Project Consultant to help translate client vision into actionable project details and is focused on learning company systems, construction methods, estimating processes, and client communication while contributing to a smooth transition from pre-construction to production. Key Responsibilities Participate in initial client interactions alongside CEO and Project Consultants Document client needs, preferences, and project goals clearly and thoroughly Develop detailed scopes of work that reflect client expectations and project requirements Assist in creating preliminary budgets and estimates based on defined scopes and vendor bids Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials Maintain organized project files, notes, and communications Support follow-up communication with clients to ensure clarity and responsiveness Assist with scheduling site visits, meetings, and internal coordination Help solicit and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing Maintain and update pricing data under supervision Identify scope gaps or inconsistencies and escalate appropriately Support smooth handoff from sales/pre-construction to production team Track estimate vs. actual performance for continuous learning Follow company standards, processes, and communication expectations to ensure the client experience creates lifelong supporters Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement match, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO and potential for profit sharing.
