What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners to discuss their remodeling needs and design solutions. Utilize the Re-Bath Sales System to provide a first-class, consultative experience. Provide precise measurements, diagrams, and project details for our Production Team. Partner with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of remodels. Follow up on completed projects to ask for referrals and strengthen client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

Reliable and professional vehicle. Availability Tuesday-Saturday and occasional evenings. Smartphone and familiarity with basic tech. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude . A coachable, growth-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Preferred (But Not Required): Experience in construction or familiarity with remodeling. Background in business-to-consumer sales or consultative selling.
