Job Summary King Investors Network is seeking self motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing real estate investment company on a commission based, deal by deal basis . This is an opportunity for people who want to build something, take initiative, develop their skills, and grow alongside a startup focused on real estate investment and acquisition. This is a contract opportunity. Compensation is commission based and tied to successful transactions. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Responsibilities Identify and pursue real estate opportunities Generate and develop potential leads Assist with acquisitions, sales, and investor relations Research properties and evaluate potential opportunities Build and maintain professional relationships Coordinate with team members, investors, contractors, and other professionals Take initiative and independently pursue opportunities Contribute ideas, skills, connections, and resources to help grow the business Participate in transactions from opportunity identification through closing, as applicable to your role What We're Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self motivation Ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong communication and relationship building skills Willingness to put in the time necessary to produce results Resourceful, solution oriented, and proactive Interest in real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, or business development Existing industry experience, skills, connections, or resources are a plus Compensation Commission Based ~ Deal by Deal Compensation is negotiated based on your role, contribution, and the specific transaction.
