Pioneer Builders Supply, a division of Pacific Supply, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Spokane branch with experience in the building products industry that has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships among a large and varied customer base within the construction community.

Essential Duties:

Develops and builds strong relationships with current customers while pursuing and growing business with new customers. Demonstrates the desire to become an expert in the industry in order to build better customer relationships. Maintains sales expenses within communicated guidelines. Performs to meet company financial objectives and upholds company values.

Job Requirements:

At least three years of sales experience preferred. Experience in outside sales in construction or a distribution center preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to negotiate with internal and external sources. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
