This is a full-time position with a $64,800 base salary + commission, full benefits, and six-figure earning potential . You will work directly with customers to sell pole buildings, including shops, garages, agricultural buildings, commercial buildings, barndominiums, and other custom projects. Sales or construction experience is preferred, but not required . We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, professional, and ready to learn the industry. Responsibilities Manage and follow up with incoming pole building leads Meet with customers to understand their building needs, property, and budget Prepare and present building options, proposals, and pricing Follow leads from initial contact through signed contract Develop new relationships, referrals, and sales opportunities Maintain an organized sales pipeline Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and construction teams Travel throughout the Spokane and North Idaho territory as needed Represent Solid Structures USA at trade shows and local events What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Motivated, dependable, and results-driven Confident working directly with customers Organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable discussing pricing and high-value purchases Willing to learn post-frame construction and products Valid driver's license Previous sales, construction, building material, or agricultural experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $64,800 annual base salary + commission Six-figure earning potential Health benefits Paid vacation and holidays Retirement benefits Christmas bonus Training and opportunities for growth
