The Sales Trainee ensures that families are confident in protecting their biggest investment. As a Sales Trainee, our training equips you with everything you need to succeed, from gutter technology knowledge to sales and customer techniques and organized follow-up systems. The Sales Trainee will meet customers, explain LeafGuard's advantages, and guide them through installation with confidence. Responsibilities of the Sales Trainee Meet with customers and residents to introduce LeafGuard products and services Answer questions and explain how our gutter protection system works Demonstrate product benefits and help customers find the best solution for their home Assist customers through the consultation and installation scheduling process Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate customer information Qualifications of the Sales Trainee High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in sales, retail, or customer support is helpful but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify home improvement solutions.
