Corrpac Packaging is currently seeking an Sr. Account Representative for our Tumwater WA location. We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, enjoys working cross-functionally to solve problems, and loves a team environment. Summary Pay - Base plus Commission Program The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations. Independently manage complex customer accounts, while proactively anticipating & actioning issues with the customer with strong responsiveness. Exemplifies problem solving ability & demonstrates ability to work across various functional departments within Corrpac. Develop and maintain positive internal relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure Customer Service department needs, including customer requests, are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Collect and analyze data on customer needs, buying habits, and trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demands and opportunities. Identify skillset gaps, areas of improvement, strategies for growth, solutions to challenges, while collaborating with Sales Director, that elevates the overall customer experience. Responsible for, Coaching/Mentoring - providing feedback to team members, including handling new-hire training. Seeks out additional work that may be needed, to assist team if own accounts and opportunities are current. Support team by providing feedback from customers and employees, for development of current practices and continuous improvement. Responsible for communicating (both written and orally) at all levels of the organization and with customers, in a professional, clear, yet easy to understand manor. Develops and implements sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services. Makes sales contact, researches customer needs, and develops applications of products and services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum 1-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills required:
Microsoft applications and CRM systems. Proven Leadership Skills. Packaging industry background a plus but not required. Ability to use own vehicle for sales calls.
