Were seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join our team at our Ford dealership in Cudahy, WI. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on achieving goals, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our sales support team, youll be the first point of contact for many of our customershelping to connect them with the right vehicles and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ewald standard of care.

What Youll Do:

Call, text, and email customers whove shown interest in our vehiclesSet and confirm sales appointmentsProspect out to targeted customers weve identified (dont worry, well show you how)Keep notes updated in our CRM so the team can follow alongSupport the sales managers with follow-up campaigns and outbound efforts

What Were Looking For:

Friendly and confident on the phoneComfortable using a computer and learning new systemsReliable and organizedyou follow throughSomeone who likes talking to people and isnt afraid to pick up the phoneSales or service experience is a plus, but not required
