What You'll Do Engage customers with confidence and guide them through their purchasing journey Create an exceptional buying experience that turns shoppers into lifelong customers Match customers with the perfect vehicle for their needs Present product features, finance options, and store services clearly and professionally Maintain relationships and follow up like a pro Stay sharp with ongoing product and skills training Leverage dealership CRM tools to track your pipeline and performance What You'll Bring Excellent communication and customer‑relationship skills Strong time management and organizational abilities Self‑motivated, competitive, goal‑driven mindset Comfortable with technology and dealership CRM systems Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$140,000 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
