Job Description
Sauve's Auto Service is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our front counter team. This role is for someone who already understands how to manage customers, build trust, and confidently present recommendations. You don't need to know everything—but you should be comfortable in a sales-advisor type role and ready to hit the ground running. What you'll do: Greet customers and create a professional, high-quality first impression Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear service needs Present repair and maintenance recommendations with confidence Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Manage workflow between customers and technicians Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the day organized What we're looking for: Experience in a service advisor, sales advisor, or similar customer-facing sales role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence in presenting recommendations and closing work Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
