This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels at building strategic relationships with healthcare providers, identifying patient referral growth opportunities, and driving measurable results across treatment modalities. The primary focus is to expand referral networks particularly among psychiatrists, mental health providers and private practices to generate admissions for our cutting edge mental health treatment service lines. This position is ideal for someone with proven referral sales success, that is a self starter, with a consultative approach to relationship-building, and a deep understanding of how to drive business growth in healthcare. This position will cover business development for the entire state of Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Build and sustain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations Proactively identify and pursue new referral sources through networking, cold calling, drop-ins, and industry connections Track and maintain updates on all activities in company CRM Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies to exceed territory goals. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events, positioning our programs as trusted solutions Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets Demonstrate expert product knowledge and communicate the clinical and patient benefits of TMS and Spravato programs effectively. Maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging CRM tools for accurate reporting, documentation, and follow-up Work flexible hours that may include nights and/or weekends Other duties as assigned Travel required throughout assigned territory, and beyond when necessary Strategic Growth & Market Development Conduct thorough market research including competitive analysis, demographic studies, and industry trends Be the liaison between the community and the clinics while representing the organization at local events and meetings Create and implement territory development plans designed to expand reach and maximize referral engagement Work cross-functionally with leadership and clinical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and service delivery Relationship Management Engage in regular face-to-face interactions with referral sources to build trust and credibility Partner with Marketing to grow territory Deliver exceptional follow-up and ensure long-term relationship growth Position yourself as a trusted advisor in the mental health treatment landscape Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and successful sales experience 3+ years of proven sales/business development experience in the medical or healthcare industry Experience in the mental health field strongly preferred Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and growing referral networks Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license/insurance required What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped performance-based bonuses Team and individual development opportunities Growth within organization Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent Care FSA Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Tuition reimbursement opportunities
