Entry Level Manager

BPG Management, a client & business consulting firm, is looking for an Entry Level Manager who can help LA residents discover the AT&T Fiber. The Entry Level Manager will also manage team coordination, enhance customer engagement, and drive customer satisfaction. As an Entry Level Manager, you will start with training in AT&T Fiber's cutting-edge Internet solutions, including speed tiers, and installation protocols. The Entry Level Manager will then lead customers through in-person consultations while developing their management skills by coordinating team efforts and ensuring smooth customer experiences. Why the Entry Level Manager Role Matters You know when to push and when to let things breathe. When the tension is productive and when it's just exhausting. The Entry Level Manager keeps the team's morale as consistent as Fiber uptime; always there, always reliable, rarely noticed until it's gone. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and the sales team, focusing on the rapid expansion of AT&T Fiber. Guide the team in conducting deep-dive home connectivity audits that lead to natural consultations for the nation's fastest internet. Ensure every proposal is perfectly tailored to a family's streaming and gaming habits, emphasizing AT&T Fiber. Uphold the firm's reputation by ensuring every team member represents the AT&T Fiber brand with a witty and credible approach. Use customer feedback to help BPG Management predict future trends for high-speed connectivity. Qualifications of the Entry Level Manager High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in management or sales leadership is a bonus. Patience and empathy when answering complex questions or service concerns. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge, including speed tiers, Wi-Fi setups, and service features.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
