This role is ideal for an administrative or accounting support professional who enjoys working with sales documentation, invoicing, lease paperwork, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The Sales Administrator will play an important role in supporting sales operations, leasing processes, customer documentation, and internal workflow accuracy. Key Responsibilities Process invoices for equipment orders, cash sales, leases, exchanges, loaners, and rentals in an accurate and timely manner. Review incoming sales documentation for completeness, accuracy, signatures, payment structures, equipment details, and credit approval requirements. Maintain sales order workflow through Docuware and support credit application entry, document uploads, and lease funding packages. Coordinate with sales personnel, customers, leasing companies, and logistics teams to resolve lease funding, buyout, upgrade, return, and authorization issues. Prepare lease documents, Schedule A forms, addendums, funding worksheets, daily sales reports, and sales commission tracking. Use internal databases and business systems to manage administrative workflows, documentation, and daily responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
