JOB SUMMARY
The DryveBox Manager & Master Fitter is ultimately responsible for conducting Club Champion fittings and converting customers to purchase custom golf clubs via our proven sales process. This role is based in San Rafael, CA but will be subject to traveling with the mobile fitting center to different locations up to 80% of the time. This employee will be incentivized via a commission structure as well as additional bonus incentives if sales thresholds are achieved. The position will also require coordination of the DryveBox unit to be transferred to the next locations on the schedule and preparatory communication with the site owner or golf facility to ensure a successful set-up/departure experience, including management of the demonstration inventory required to do the fittings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences and events with goal of selling golf clubs to customers.
  • Be on the road (away from home) conducting selling opportunities through fittings via the DryveBox mobile studio
  • Weekly travel required.
  • Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process to educate clients and support sales recommendations.
  • Grows, maintains, and manages a network of business personally and across their studio, to generate client referrals and drive sales opportunities.
  • Utilizes relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
  • Oversees customer relations for DryveBox studio customers and personal clients.
  • Maintain brand standards.
  • Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry and in accordance with customer specifications, ensuring delivery of the pro7ducts sold through the fitting and sales process.
  • Managing schedule and coordinate communication for future DryveBox studio locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned - i.
e. maintaining of demo equipment, track customer orders, notify customers of delivery dates for their orders when required. #INDHP Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required
  • 2+ years in sales experience required
  • Prior experience selling custom golf clubs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledge, skill and ability to know and understand golf.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and non-verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in making significant operational, personnel, and business decisions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a business unit autonomously while traveling extensively, with minimal day-to-day supervision from corporate leadership.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
