Job Description
Lead. Coach. Win. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Inside Sales Supervisor who thrives on developing people, driving results, and building a winning culture. If you're the type of leader who gets excited about coaching on the sales floor, celebrating wins, and helping others reach their potential, we want to meet you. This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your day on the floor with your team—listening to calls, role-playing, coaching in real time, and creating an environment where people are motivated to succeed. What You'll Do Lead and coach a team of 10-15 Inside Sales Representatives Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions focused on performance and development Listen to live and recorded calls to identify coaching opportunities Facilitate role-playing sessions to improve sales skills and closing techniques Partner with Team Leads to drive daily performance Train and onboard new sales team members Analyze team performance metrics and identify trends or opportunities Foster a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales culture Motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed goals What We're Looking For Previous experience leading an inside sales or call center sales team Proven success in inside sales with a strong understanding of the sales process Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people High-energy leadership style with the ability to motivate others Strong communication and relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales data Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUPs are a plus) Preferred Experience Home improvement or home remodeling Construction industry Call center sales environment Schedule This role requires flexibility to support the sales team during peak business hours. Fully on-site in Hyattsville, MD Typical workweek of 50-55 hours Evening availability required One weekend day each week Typical hours may include: 11:00 AM
- 8:00 PM Occasional extended evenings until 9:00 PM Weekend hours generally between 8:00 AM
