Job Description

RideNow Powersports-Daytona Beach, a recognized leader in the powersports industry, is seeking a high-performing, strategic, and driven Sales Manager to take charge of sales operations in our dealership. This is a critical leadership position for an experienced professional who excels in leading teams, scaling performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
Provide strong leadership to a team of sales professionals—coaching, mentoring, and holding the team accountable to performance metrics and sales targets. Implement data-driven sales strategies to consistently drive growth in unit volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to final delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent with a focus on performance, product knowledge, and dealership standards. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and vehicle merchandising in coordination with purchasing and operations. Actively manage the sales pipeline and CRM to ensure follow-up, lead conversion, and timely deal closures. Serve as the escalation point for customer issues, ensuring fast and fair resolution that protects the brand and the dealership. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Service and Parts departments to drive overall dealership success. Stay current on industry trends, OEM programs, product updates, and competitive activity.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume dealership environment (Powersports, Automotive, RV, or Marine). A proven record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performance teams. Deep understanding of deal structuring, finance products, inventory control, and pipeline management. Experience with CRM systems and dealership sales software (e.g., DealerSocket, VAuto, Lightspeed, CDK, or similar). Strong business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—with customers, employees, and leadership. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
