Sales Order Administrator:
On behalf of our Manufacturing client, Procom is searching for a Sales Order Administrator for a 3-month role. This position is onsite at our client's Orlando, FL 32822 office.

Sales Order Administrator -
Job Description:
The Sales Order Administrator is responsible for interfacing directly with customers to manage sales quotations, order acknowledgments, order status, and RMA returns related to spare parts sales activities. This role requires prompt response to customer orders and inquiries, effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to achieve on-time delivery performance objectives.

Sales Order Administrator -
Responsibilities:
  • Perform spares sales order management activities, including quotation creation, sales order entry, and order acknowledgment.
  • Verify order booking and entry for accuracy in the SAP ERP system, ensuring compliance with customer RFQs and contracts.
  • Manage customer requests and orders via Microsoft Outlook and customer internet portals.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries, order changes, and expedite requests.
  • Provide regular order status updates and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipment.
  • Address customer complaints regarding shipments or invoices, including tracking shipments and issuing RMAs.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
Sales Order Administrator -
Mandatory Skills:
  • AA/AS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as order totals, credits, and discounts.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and within a team.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Sales Order Administrator -
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with ERP-based Sales Order Management systems, SAP preferred.
  • Previous spare parts support experience in the airline or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Import/Export regulations and Incoterms.
  • Customer Service or APICS Inventory/Planning certification.
