Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. As a Sales Expert & Store Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales and daily store traffic. The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy, self motivated, and will have a strong background in sales management and possess excellent organizational skills. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positionsDuties:
- Confidently know and be able to explain our products/services
- Answer customers' questions/objections that properly reflects our knowledge as Experts
- Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and inventory.
- Document and communicate through our CRM and Customer communications systems.
- Handle customer inquiries in a helpful and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Utilize POS, CRM and communications systems to process transactions accurately
- Attend and work hosted events outside of normal business hours
- Complete office tasks and assignments, such as creating forms, templates, email campaigns, and more.
- Product knowledge is required This is not a full list of duties and this is a position that is always evolving.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, retail management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Sales management principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using
POS, CRM
systems and other retail software applications- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
