Costello Wholesale Floor Co is dedicated to professionalism and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Coordinator located in Mokena, IL. The Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the showroom's appearance, managing product displays, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also includes providing support in sales, organizing inventory, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently. Also responsible for maintaining account receivables. You will be required to become a notary. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Experience in working with showrooms, including maintaining visual displays and overall organization Knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of wholesale operations Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing inventory and transactions Previous experience in the construction or flooring industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are advantageous
