Fin Manufacturing, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Dealer Support Administrator for our store in St Bonifacius. We sell a full line of BRP, Bombardier Recreational Products (SEA-DOO, SKI-DOO, and CAN-AM), Yamaha, and Kawasaki. We retail quality OEM products and are committed to providing the best in quality experience to each and every customer. Job Description As a Dealer Support Administrator, you are responsible for providing support to our sales team. The ability to communicate and assist in organization are vital to success.
Tasks often include the following:
  • Enter new/used vehicle information into computer system
  • Build new/used vehicle folders
  • Assist business offices in credit applications and folder preparation
  • Light accounting and reconciliations
  • Maintain working knowledge of new products, industry changes, new techniques and applications to meet customers needs. Expectations
  • Arrive at work in a timely manner each day
  • Uphold customer courtesy and maintain dress code at all times
  • Be honest and straightforward in every transaction
  • Recognize when to ask for help or turn a situation over to a Manager
  • Be a good team member and assist others when requested including a possible float between locations
  • Assume responsibility for conducting yourself in a manner that reflects favorably on the dealership Requirements
  • Quality focused, problem solving skills, organizational skills
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines Education/Experience
  • High school diploma/GED mandatory
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role Salary/Benefits
  • Salary range of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications)
