This in-person, full-time leadership role at our Fayetteville office owns the conversion of inbound interest and outbound outreach into confirmed, qualified appointments for field sales professionals. Success is measured by team appointment volume, appointment quality, and how well those appointments fill outside sales calendars. Outbound appointment setting (existing customers) Direct outbound calling to current customers for follow-up, add-on, or seasonal visits. Fill gaps in outside salespeople's daily routes and calendars, re-engage customers with open opportunities, and coordinate with field sales so appointments are geographically efficient and show-ready. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales schedulers to meet or exceed targets for appointments set, contact rate, and show rate. Own inbound and outbound scheduling operations, including call handling standards, lead follow-up speed, and appointment close quality. Ensure complete, usable CRM notes so field salespeople arrive prepared. Partner with the Customer Accounts Manager and sales leadership on capacity, lead flow, scheduling issues, and calendar utilization. Enforce scripts, quality standards, and company policies while coaching the team to adapt professionally to each customer.
