Job Description
Job Summary A construction team in Greer, SC is seeking a Sales Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys supporting a sales team, interacting with homeowners, and helping clients move through the custom home planning and design process. The Sales Administrator will work closely with residential construction professionals who take pride in helping customers plan, design, and build custom homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a supportive team environment, strong leadership, steady customer interaction, and the chance to contribute to a high-quality homebuilding experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with lead farming, lead cultivation, follow-up activities, and sales process coordination.
- Meet and greet customers in person, by phone, and through other communication channels with professionalism and strong customer service.
- Assist customers with interior design selections and help create a positive, organized selection experience.
- Maintain finish samples, showroom materials, model home appearance, and presentation standards.
- Help streamline general sales processes by providing administrative support, organization, and timely communication.
- Work collaboratively with sales and construction team members to support a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through the design process. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support sales team lead generation, follow-up, and customer communication activities.
- Assist customers with interior design selections and maintain finish samples.
- Help keep the model home, showroom, and sales materials organized and professional.
- Provide administrative support to improve and streamline the sales process.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, customer service, sales support, or office support experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for homeowners and prospective customers.
- Ability to work well with a team of residential construction professionals.
- Strong adaptability and ability to learn quickly with minimal instruction.
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
- Professional communication skills for in-person, phone, and customer-facing interactions.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Interest in residential construction, custom homes, design selections, or homebuilding support. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22.00 per hour.Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire.Schedule:
Weekdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.- The Sales Administrator may select a second day off during the week between Tuesday and Friday.
- One Saturday off per month.
