Memphis, TN Job Details 8 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Summary/Objective This position is responsible for driving sales and rental of the construction equipment and products in a specified territory. This role provides ongoing support to the product distribution channel while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Have organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Develops and increases sales and rental revenue to meet assigned targets. Becomes actively involved in company's sales orientation and sales training programs. Works on Contract opportunities and proposals. Assists company with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts. Assists with the planning of sales exhibits. Attends trade shows and / or community- based functions. Participates in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs. Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers. Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts. Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided. Answers questions from customers and handles complaints. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years sales, service, or parts experience. Previous agriculture or construction equipment experience preferred Maturity and ability to deal effectively with demands of the job. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Increased knowledge in the area(s) of heavy agricultural equipment, staying abreast of the latest trends, customer needs and competitor information in agricultural equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
