Role Responsibilities:

Employee Prerequisites:
3-5+ years of automotive sales management experience in a fast‑paced environment Proven ability to close deals, coach teams, and drive profitability Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Experience with automotive dealership software preferred Professional appearance, competitive mindset, and performance-driven approach
