Youth For a Better America is a youth employment program that hires teenagers to be junior salesman and they learn communication, salesmanship and entrepreneurship skills. We set teens up to work malls, stores, and vendor events on weekends. (Must be available to work in the Dallas area and surrounding cities and suburbs) We are looking for individuals who can act as youth sales managers and supervise the teens as they conduct sales at malls and Vendor events this summer. The teens are already trained and know how to sell and we just need someone to supervise them during the sales events. This role is for someone who enjoys working with teens and want to volunteer for our organization.

Job Duties are as follows:

• Supervise teenagers working at vendor events and malls
• Setup items on the vendor table or tent for the teens to sale
• Encourage and motivate teenagers throughout the day
• Replenish teens with inventory as the sales get low throughout the day
• Pay the teens at the end of the day
• Breakdown the vendor table and setup at the end of the day ```Requirements```
• Enjoy working with teenagers and youth
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teens and customers
