Apply today and help drive the future of Meador CDJR. What You'll Do Manage and maintain new vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of vehicle stock levels. Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to negotiate pricing, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of new vehicles. Develop and implement strategies to optimize new vehicle sales, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance. Collaborate with the sales team to provide training and support on new vehicle features, benefits, and sales techniques. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to increase new vehicle sales and improve market share. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in an automotive management role, with a focus on new vehicle sales. Experience increasing new vehicle sales and improving market share. Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, manufacturers, and market conditions. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions. Certification in automotive management or a related field (e.g.AMI, NADA
). Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
