We're looking for a Service Warranty Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results. In this role, you'll be the key connection between our service department and manufacturer warranty programs, ensuring claims are processed correctly, reimbursements are maximized, and our customers receive exceptional support.

Role Responsibilities:
Process and submit warranty claims. Review repair orders for warranty compliance. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims. Maintain accurate warranty records. Work with service and parts teams to ensure claim accuracy. Monitor manufacturer warranty guidelines and deadlines.
Employee Prerequisites:
Experience with automotive warranty claims (preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable with dealership systems and Microsoft Office Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a drive for accuracy
