This position offers practical experience in the day-to-day operation of a rental location while preparing you to take on greater responsibility. You'll gain exposure to customer relations, sales, vehicle operations, business performance, and leading a team. What You'll Do Become familiar with branch systems, procedures, and daily business activities. Work alongside the management team to meet sales and operational objectives. Assist customers throughout the rental process and help address questions or concerns. Coordinate vehicle availability, fleet movement, and inventory needs. Participate in employee onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and performance support. Help ensure vehicles, facilities, and the overall branch meet company standards. Take on increasing responsibility as you learn the business and demonstrate leadership ability. Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, operations, or a related customer-facing environment; rental car experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability. Interest in developing into a leadership position. Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving history. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
