This entry level opportunity combines face-to-face customer interactions, direct sales, and training in team support. You'll learn the sales process before taking on greater responsibility. As an Entry Level Manager, you'll introduce AT&T services, understand customer needs, and help interested people choose available options. Alongside your sales work, you'll develop communication and organizational skills that support effective teamwork. You don't need previous management experience. We're looking for a willingness to learn, a professional approach to customer conversations, and motivation to work toward sales goals. Our training helps you build sales confidence and understand how daily customer service contributes to team results. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Manager Start customer conversations and identify relevant sales opportunities through direct engagements with customers Explain AT&T service options through clear sales presentations. Recommend available services based on customer needs rather than assumptions. Answer customer questions about pricing and the sales process. Guide interested people through sales paperwork and account setup. Keep customer details and sales records accurate. Work toward individual sales targets while maintaining attentive customer service. Participate in Entry Level Manager sales training and apply feedback to your next customer interaction. Help organize daily sales activities as you learn the team's processes. Share effective sales techniques with teammates when you are ready. Review sales results with Entry Level Manager team leaders to identify areas for improvement. Learn how to support new teammates through sales practice and helpful feedback. What We're Looking For In the Entry Level Manager Clear communication and strong listening skills. A friendly, professional approach to customer interactions. Reliability and organization when completing sales tasks. Willingness to learn sales techniques and accept coaching. Interest in customer service, sales, and future team responsibilities. Retail, hospitality, customer support, or sales experience is welcome, but not required.
