Role:

You are the homeowner's expert on the phone. When a homeowner calls about their solar and a new roof, you walk them through the project, answer the technical questions, and earn the job. After every job, you call back to make sure they're thrilled and to show them how to protect their system for the long run. This is a growth seat. You'll complete a structured 90-day training program, then move into Sales & Partner Growth Manager — owning our homeowner sales and our relationships with roofing companies and solar partners across Arizona — based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Run scheduled project review calls with homeowners — research the home, the solar system and the equipment beforehand, then walk them through the project and present the estimate Follow up on open estimates until they're won or closed out Call homeowners after every completed job: confirm satisfaction, recommend the right add-ons, and enroll them in our Solar Care Plan Call roofing partners after every job so they hear it's done from us first Over time, take ownership of our roofing-partner and solar-partner accounts Log every call, note and next step in our CRM the same day — if it isn't in the system, it didn't happen

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or account management Home services, solar, roofing, HVAC or construction experience strongly preferred You like the technical side — you'll learn how solar systems and roofs actually work Organized, fast follow-up, comfortable working a daily call list CRM experience (HubSpot, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or similar) a plus Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Pay and Growth:

$22-$27/hr base, depending on experience $50 for every Solar Care Plan you sell, starting day one Eligible for the company sales commission plan after completing training Clear promotion path to
