Position:

Independent Solar Sales Consultant (1099 Contract) We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing sales team! As an independent consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and the Nusun PPA program Schedule and present customized solar solutions Support customers through site assessments and documentation Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure a smooth project experience Maintain a positive, goal-focused attitude

Qualifications:

Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right individuals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to succeed Willingness to work evenings and weekends to reach homeowners Comfortable working in a door-to-door environment Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required

Compensation:

100% commission-based structure with uncapped earnings Upfront commissions paid after deals are closed First-year full-time earnings often exceed $100,000 Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually
