Contra Costa and Solano County:

Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez, Vallejo, and Benicia. You don't need solar experience. You need a record of closing commission sales, face to face or over the phone, and the drive to work a pipeline. Our sales leader has trained TPO/PPA closers for 10+ years and will teach you the product, the financing, and the pitch. Company leads provided. We pay your California HIS registration fee. ✅ What you'll get Company leads provided: a steady flow of qualified homeowner leads. You work them, you close them.

Full tool stack:

CRM, predictive dialer, proposal software, scripts, and lead lists. Solar training from a sales leader who has built TPO/PPA closers for 10+ years. HIS registration fee paid by the company. Uncapped commission with weekly payouts, plus performance bonuses. Full-time or part-time. ✅ What you'll do Run in-home appointments with homeowners in Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez, and Vallejo. Present clear, accurate solar and battery proposals (PPA/TPO, financed, and cash) and help homeowners decide with confidence. Sell honestly. No overpromising, no high-pressure tactics. Cancellations cost everyone. Work your pipeline in the CRM and follow up until every lead is closed or dead. ✅ What we're looking for 2+ years of commission-based sales with a closing record you can speak to: in-home, door-to-door, inside sales, or phone sales. Roofing, windows, HVAC, pest control, home security, auto, insurance, and telecom backgrounds all fit. Self-starter who works a pipeline and follows up without being chased. Solar experience is a plus, not a requirement. Existing HIS registration is a plus; we pay the fee if you don't have one. Reliable transportation and a professional, consultative presence in the home. Coachable, organized, and comfortable on 1099 commission. ✅ Compensation 1099 independent contractor. Commission plus performance bonuses. No base salary. $150,000-$300,000+ annual earnings for a consistent closer. Expect a ramp while you learn the product. Weekly payouts.
