WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Proactively engaging homeowners through Direct Door-to-Door (D2D) outreach in high-converting target markets across California. Presenting value-driven solar solutions that save homeowners thousands while helping the environment. Working side-by-side with Golden Door trainersin the field to sharpen your sales pitch, master objection handling, and close deals fast. Crushing daily and weekly production goals to maximize your earning potential.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Uncapped Earning Potential:

$2,000 -$10,000 per sale (top reps write 5-10+ contracts/month).

Flexible Schedules:

Full-time year-round roles OR 2-week monthly travel blitz options.

Relocation & Travel Incentives:
