Solar Sales Representative - Door-to-Door (D2D) Full-Time | Outside Sales | Uncapped Commission Performance-Based Income | Paid Training | Leadership Growth Opportunities About This Role As a Solar Sales Representative , you'll meet directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce them to solar energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments or consultations. Success in this role comes from building trust, asking thoughtful questions, understanding homeowner needs, and confidently communicating the value of solar energy. This is a true outside sales position where your attitude, consistency, and work ethic directly influence your success. What You'll Do Business Development Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach. Introduce homeowners to solar energy solutions and their potential benefits. Build rapport quickly through professional, engaging conversations. Ask qualifying questions to identify homeowner needs and interest. Schedule consultations and generate qualified sales opportunities. Follow up with prospective customers as needed. Maintain a consistent daily prospecting schedule. Represent Phoenix Exteriors LLC with professionalism and integrity. Customer Relationships Educate homeowners on available solar solutions. Help customers understand potential energy savings and long-term value. Build trust through honest communication and consultative selling. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first conversation through appointment. Professional Development Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
