Weeks of Training Period:
You will receive $500/week the first 4 weeks during training and onboarding. After the 4 weeks, you transition to commission pay of 8-10% gross profit.

Present options, close contracts, collect deposits, and file insurance claims with full company support. Follow up post-installation to build raving reviews and referrals.
