We hire for one thing above all else: the ability to talk with people. If you can hold a genuine conversation, listen carefully, and keep your composure when someone tells you no, you already have the part of this job that cannot be trained. The solar side we teach you. You do not need a solar background. Consultants on this team came from retail floors, restaurant shifts, call centers, insurance desks, car lots, gyms, and canvassing routes. The common thread was never industry experience. It was communication and follow-through. The role Sit down with homeowners, in their living room or over video, and go through their electric bill with them Explain solar and roofing options in language a normal person understands Take real questions seriously and answer them straight Guide the homeowners who qualify through the paperwork Keep your pipeline current in the CRM we provide What you get Commission of $2,000 to $7,000 or more on every sale you close The option to be paid out weekly Training that is paid, and coaching that continues after you start 1099 independent contractor status A calendar you set yourself A CRM, sales support, and a team that answers the phone Referral bonuses A path into building and running your own team Remote work where the situation allows Appointments routed to consultants who are producing Who does well here People who communicate clearly, face to face and over the phone People comfortable sitting with a homeowner and fielding hard questions People who take coaching and run the process as taught People who manage themselves without being chased People who present well and speak professionally Anyone holding a valid driver's license with dependable transportation Anyone able to travel around the greater Orlando area Spanish is useful here, though it is not required A background in solar, roofing, or in-home sales helps, but we hire without it Is this the right fit Consider this if you want your income tied to your own output rather than an hourly wage, and you want to walk away with a skill that transfers.
