Job Description

Job description: Oakridge Power is expanding its presence across the U.S. solar market, and we are looking for a hands-on technical professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide both pre-sales and after-sales technical support for solar PV products and projects across the United States. Key responsibilities will include technical consultation, product and system troubleshooting, customer support, field coordination, and issue resolution. We would love to hear from candidates with experience in: Solar PV systems and products Renewable energy or electrical equipment Technical service, troubleshooting, and field support Customer communication and cross-functional coordination
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical consultation, including pre-sales and after-sales technical support for solar PV products and related systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, technical enquiries, and service coordination.
  • Communicate with customers, local partners, and internal technical teams.
  • Support site visits, issue follow-up, and basic service reporting when required.
  • Help ensure timely and professional resolution of customer technical issues.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical, or technical service roles.
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, or related electrical equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Texas or nearby areas if required.
  • Mandarin language skills preferred.
