We're hiring a Stocker to join our Montgomery team and help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play an important role in making sure merchandise is available, organized, and ready when customers need it. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of their work throughout the day. No previous stocking experience is required — we'll provide the training you need to get started. Where You'll Make an Impact Receive, organize, and replenish incoming merchandise Keep shelves and displays stocked and properly arranged Move products between storage and customer-facing areas Check inventory and identify products that need replenishing Assist with inventory counts and product organization Keep stock areas clean, safe, and easy to navigate Support the team with daily store operations Help ensure customers can easily find available products What We Value Dependable and punctual work habits Good attention to detail and organization Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Retail, stocking, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus Pay & Schedule $19-$26 per hour, depending on experience Full-time schedules across 5-6 days Employee discount Training provided Opportunities for advancement Getting Started Send your resume with an up-to-date phone number and email address.
