Whether you're handling produce, operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, or assisting with shipping and receiving, your contributions will directly impact our store's success and customer satisfaction. Duties Stock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unpacking products, and placing items in designated areas using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records with RF scanners, and ensuring accurate product placement Assist customers with locating products, answering questions about merchandise, and providing excellent customer service to foster a positive shopping experience Operate warehouse equipment safely including RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods within the store or warehouse area Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by organizing stock areas, cleaning shelves, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the shopping space Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries for distribution Collaborate with team members on merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that highlight key products such as produce or seasonal items Skills Strong inventory management skills with experience using RF scanners and inventory control systems Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred to better understand customer service dynamics Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counts and pricing adjustments Effective teamwork skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities to support store operations Join us as a and Stocking Associate if you're passionate about creating an inviting shopping environment while developing your skills in inventory management, warehouse operations, and customer service.
