Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient stocking of products, maintaining organized inventory levels, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help keep the supply chain flowing smoothly, ensuring that products are readily available for retail sales and distribution. This position offers an energetic environment where your organizational skills and physical stamina will make a tangible impact every day. Responsibilities Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with merchandise, ensuring products are correctly labeled and organized for easy retrieval. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse. Conduct regular inventory checks using inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices. Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to retail store standards and ensuring proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse by performing routine cleaning, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and effective communication. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse team environments. Basic math skills for inventory counting, shipping calculations, and retail math applications. Knowledge of grocery store or retail product knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency. Pay:
$15.15 - $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 15.15 per week
