Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Full Job Description Position:
Receiving Lead starting pay $20
  • $23.5 schedule is 7 am
  • 3:30 pm roatating schedule Sunday
  • Saturday Job Responsibilities:
    1.
  • Safety Management:
  • Ensure that operations in the receiving areas comply with safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, educate and coach team members on proper safety protocols to prevent future incidents when unsafe behavior happens. 2.
  • Receiving Management:
  • Oversee the daily management of the receiving area, ensuring that all goods are received on time and accurately; implement and maintain FIFO rotation,conduct thorough quality and quantity inspections upon arrival. 3.
  • Putaway Management:
  • Guide putaway drivers in executing proper FIFO inventory rotation.
Serve as the primary point of contact on the receiving area to help drivers quickly troubleshoot and resolve receiving-related issues, discrepancy errors, or technical system snags. 4.
Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the receiving and putaway team.
  • Allocate tasks effectively to ensure team members work efficiently.
  • Provide regular training to improve team members' skills, efficiency, and teamwork abilities.
  • Supervise and evaluate team members' performance and optimize work processes to enhance overall team performance.
  • Job Requirements:
  • 1.
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 2. Strong execution ability with a sense of responsibility. 3. Quick thinking with emotional stability. 4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes.
Pay:
$20.00
  • $23.
