A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

At Dipped, we are committed to serving the highest quality by dipping in small batches, using hand selected fruit and premium chocolate. Founded in 2020 in a home kitchen, Dipped is a minority and woman-owned business that has grown through passion and dedication. Our journey began with pop-up shops, leading to successful short-term leases at prominent shopping malls such as Westfield San Francisco. We are looking to expand our team and open more locations in the near future. Our team's excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service has been a key part to our growth. We apply the same care in selecting and preparing our team as we do when crafting our treats. What You Will Do Principal responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing Engaging Customer Service
- Welcome guests into the store, engaging and connecting with them throughout their experience.
- Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing knowledge of our products.
- Serve customers with a sense of urgency and care. Delivering Operational Excellence
- Provide consistent quality in the preparation of chocolate dipped treats and baked goods.
- Continually work towards expanding skills and knowledge of chocolate and baking.
